The spinal base alignment can resolve incorrect posture and energy blockages through gentle and targeted movements and bring the spine back into its natural position.
What is a spinal base alignment?
The spinal base alignment is a combination of acupuncture massage and various massage techniques. The therapy was developed by the Swiss masseur and naturopath Rolf Ott. The position of the sacrum and the pelvis plays a decisive role in the statics of the joints and the entire skeleton. Incorrect posture of the spine can be caused by a tilted pelvis or accidents, for example, which can result in restricted movement of the spine and various other joints. Such incorrect postures, often unconscious for years, not only have negative effects on the affected joints, but also disrupt the free flow of life energy in the body. The aim of a spinal base balancing is to eliminate energetic blockages in the body and incorrect posture of the skeleton.

How does the spinal base balancing work?
The passive part of the spinal base balancing includes manual and energetic techniques with the aim of correcting the statics of the body. This allows the energies to flow freely again and the associated blockages to be dissolved. By gently swinging the patient on an air cushion, in combination with swinging and stretching movements, the spine is optimally relieved and the whole body is relaxed. This rhythmic interplay of stress and relief makes it possible to mobilize all joints gently and effectively. The active part consists of exercises and self-control. The patient should learn to move correctly and sufficiently and to observe themselves in order to perceive changes in the body.
