What is autogenic training?
Autogenic training is a method that enables us to relax ourselves - in a way that goes beyond the usual level of relaxation.
The method was developed by Professor J.H. Schultz from hypnosis. Today, autogenic training is used, among other things, to reduce stress and also in psychotherapy, for example for mental illnesses and chronic pain.
Autogenic training consists of memorizing seven or eight very specific sentences or formulas, thinking them over and over again and using them to feel into your body.
Autogenic training is one of the most scientifically proven relaxation techniques. Whether in professional sport or just at home in the living room after a long day at work - the basic exercises can help you learn to switch off very quickly and promote relaxation. Find inner peace and even reduce fears with the help of autogenic training. Effective relaxation techniques can help you achieve your personal goals better and promote positive habits.
